Dressed By Em offers express postage Australia wide for a flat rate of $28.

Postage Time Frames

When booking a posted hire, please take into consideration postage time frames prior to booking. Refunds are not available once payment has been made.  

To ensure your garment arrives in time for your event, we recommend booking a minimum of 3 - 4 days prior. For all Western Australian, Northern Territory & Rural hires, we recommend booking a minimum of 5 - 7 days prior.

QLD : 1 - 3 Business Days

NSW: 2 - 3 Business Days

VIC : 2 - 4 Business Days 

ACT : 2 - 3 Business Days

TAS: 2 - 3 Business Days

SA: 2 - 3 Business Days

WA: 4 - 6 Business Days

NT : 3 - 5 Business Days

   
These time frames are an estimate provided by Australia Post and can not be guaranteed. Your package may arrive quicker or slower than the above time frames, depending on current circumstances and delays. Dressed By Em is not liable for any delays caused by Australia Post. Refunds are not available for hires that do not arrive on time due to Australia Post delays.

 
Postage Information & Instructions 

All postal hires are packaged in a reusable postage bag and include a prepaid returns postage label. 
 
To reuse the post bag provided, cut along the dotted lines when opening and reseal the bag using the second adhesive strip when you go to return. Then attach the returns postage label provided onto the bag, covering the original postage label. 

If you lose or discard the included post bag & return label, you are liable to cover the cost of new return postage. 

Postal returns are NOT to be lodged in an Australia Post street box. Returns must be lodged with a staff member at an Australia Post post office. This decreases the risk of postal delays & lost packages. 

 All posted hires must be lodged at an Australia Post post office by 4pm on the final day of your hire booking. If your booking ends on a weekend or public holiday, you must lodge it the following business day.

Please ensure you receive a lodgement receipt from the Australia Post staff so you can provide proof of postage if required. 

Clients are liable for delays caused by not following the correct returned post method outline by Dressed By Em.
