Where are you located?
New Farm, Brisbane.
7 minutes from Brisbane CBD.
 
Do you offer try ons?
Yes! Try on appointments are available at our Brisbane location. They can be booked online via the Try On Appointments page. 
 
Interstate postal try ons are not available.
 
When is postage cut off?
For all information regarding postage, please refer to the Postal Hire page. 

Postage cut offs and time frames can vary depending on location. 
 
What is your cancellation policy?
Dressed By Em does not offer refunds once payment has been made as the garment has been made unavailable for other clients to book. 

A full store credit will be issued if the cancellation is made over 5 days prior to the hire date.

To cancel your hire booking, please email info@dressedbyem.com. 
  
How long is a standard hire booking? 
Our standard hire period is 4 days.
 
Do you offer extended hire periods?
Yes, this can generally be arranged depending on garment availability. Please DM @dressedbyem to organise prior to making a booking. 

Bookings can not be extended after the garment has been collected.
 
What happens if I return the garment late?
 Garments are often booked back-to-back, therefor, we rely on hires being returned on time to ensure all bookings go ahead.
 
A $10 late fee will be charged for each day the garment is not returned past it’s due date. If your late return impacts another booking or you return over 5 days late, you will be charged the full hire fee.
 
Please DM @dressedbyem immediately if you are unable to return your hire by the booked return date. 
 
Do I clean the garment?
No! Dressed By Em carefully cleans each garment per its care instructions. If there are stains we are unable to remove ourselves, you may be charged a dry cleaning fee. Please do not attempt to clean a garment yourself. 
 
What happens if I damage the garment?
We understand accidents can happen and will work with you to resolve any damages. To achieve the best outcome, we ask that you contact @dressedbyem immediately via DM if any damages occur, including - major staining, tears, holes, broken straps or zippers etc.

If the garment requires repairs or extra cleaning, the client is liable to cover these additional costs. 

If the garment is damaged beyond repair, Dressed By Em reserves the right to charge the client full RRP (Recommended Retail Price).
